Upper Wood End Farm

Upper Wood End Farm is a family-run small hold providing self catering holiday cottages, located next to the entrance of the Forest of Marston Vale Trust’s Wood End Thrift, near Marston Moretaine.

For every night booked at one of a our cottages, we will donate between 50p and £1 to the Forest.

Since taking over the farm in 2022, we have worked hard to listen to guests, respond to their feedback and reinvest in the cottages. A quick search of “Upper Wood End Farm” on the Internet is testament to what we have achieved - our guests kindly leave us fantastic reviews on Google, Booking.com and AirBnB.

Key to our offering is giving our guests an insight into ’small hold life’, such as the growing of mixed crops, the raising of livestock on a non-commercial basis and the management of our woodland.

All members of the family have a background in teaching and education. Our long-term goal is to draw on this experience and support schools and young people's education with our farm offering.
