Catering Manager


We’re looking for a Catering Manager for the Forest Centre in Marston Moretaine. The Forest Centre is the hub of the charity and includes a public café, corporate events, private parties and weddings.

The successful candidate will become the face of our catering and hospitality business, delivering excellence across the operation.

You will need to be an experienced professional, with either a craft background or solid understanding of kitchen operations to complement your excellent hosting and customer service skills. A minimum of Level 3 Food Hygiene and Level 2 Health and Safety are required, and a Personal Licence would be an advantage.

Confident in taking ownership of your department, you will recognise the importance of supporting and developing a strong team. Always looking for opportunities to improve the offer and grow revenue, you will help guide the future direction of the charity’s catering business.

This isn’t a job that can be done from behind a desk and you will be happy to live-manage or be hands on with your team whenever needed.
