Discover career opportunities at our Community Forest below: Communications Officer (£27,000 - £29,000) We’re looking for a passionate, experienced communicator to promote the Forest of Marston Vale; planning and delivering communications and marketing across a range of digital and analogue channels to grow awareness, engagement and support. As well as delivering our charity messages, you’ll be encouraging visits to our woodlands and promoting the commercial, fundraising and other activities of the Forest of Marston Vale Trust and its trading subsidiaries. You’ll need a proven ability to deliver effective targeted communications across a variety of channels (including website, social media, blogs and newsletters, onsite collateral and interpretation, events, press and media, personal engagement). Visually creative and with an engaging writing style, you’ll be able to innovate and adapt to different audiences and channels without losing the Trust’s verbal style or brand identity. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small motivated team creating the Forest of Marston Vale, and you’ll need to be flexible in approach and happy to support colleagues and the wider organisation when needed. Based at the Forest Centre in Marston Moretaine, working 37.5 Hours per week, the role is predominantly Monday to Friday but occasional evening, weekend and bank holiday work will be required.
