Connecting business and students for great project partnerships.

ProjectMatch is an innovative new platform helping MSc Occupational Psychology researchers to partner with business for their dissertation research, and engage in real life, impactful projects that directly support their business partners. We support businesses to understand the value of these students’ skills, the benefit of working with universities and in utilising the knowledge and research of the occupational psychology sector.

Our ongoing mission is to be the bridge, connecting business needs with student skills and furthering that knowledge exchange that benefits us all.

By partnering with a postgraduate researcher, businesses looking to investigate topics concerning their working environment, employees or client interactions can have a tailored project conducted in a matter of months. Project areas cover the whole range of business psychology from training and development, employee engagement and well-being, diversity and inclusion, or anything else that involves your people!

Our company is entirely digital and is dedicated to keeping its carbon footprint as small as possible. Where we conduct additional marketing activities and attend events that generate significant carbon, we pledge to mitigate this each year through donations to the Forest of Marston Vale and other environmental projects.

ProjectMatch People and Planet advert

In August 2022, ProjectMatch launched its People & Planet programme, a year long initiative to encourage both businesses and students to focus on and tackle environmental and sustainability issues, by centering on both the effects on, and opportunities for, people in work. We're doing this by offering a 50% discount on research briefs for projects on a sustainability topic and all projects conducted on the theme in the year will also enter a competition, where the top three student projects will win a collection of prizes.

As part of this programme, for every matched project we will also donate a tree to the Forest of Marston Vale!
