If you are a Cranfield person you’ve probably noticed our beautiful new curved Celebration Wall in Rectory Wood (in Brickfields, near the entrance to Marston Thrift) with a bench over-looking the seasonal pond and oak tree.

The project was a bit of a local collaboration – it was part funded by the Cranfield Co-op Local Community Fund and the carved leaves were interpreted from rubbings made by children from Cranfield Church of England Academy. We’ll be getting the kids from the school out on site soon to see their work in the flesh so watch this space!

The wall is there to house our Commemorative Tree Plaques (available online now) which are a perfect way of celebrating a special occasion or creating a tribute to a loved one. Contact Robina on 01234 762605 or email her for more info.
