The Forest Centre cafe, toilets, bike hire, gift shop and outside seating are now open from 9am - 5pm daily. The cafe is serving food until 4pm. The car park is open until 8pm.

You can take advantage of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme (Mon - Weds) with our separate eat-in menu. The menu itself runs from Mondays - Fridays.

As per updated government guidance, masks must be worn inside the Forest Centre.

The play area and bird hides will remain closed. Charges apply for entering the Wetlands Nature Reserve.

We are only accepting card/contactless payments throughout the building - we are unable to take cash payments.

We will be using the NHS track and trace system to record customers using our seating areas. This can be accessed by scanning the QR code on our signage on arrival.

There are social distancing measures in place and only 10 customers are allowed in the building at a time. There is an anti-bacterial hand gel station on entry.

Please make sure that you are still keeping the recommended distance of 2 metres between yourself and others (not from your household) when out in green spaces.

We will resume the charges for entering the Wetlands Nature Reserve (click here for more info).

Do not park in front of our gate as we need emergency access 24/7 - if you need to drive to the Millennium Country Park for your daily exercise then please use the out of hours spaces provided.

(UPDATED 1/8/2020)

Please be aware that if you are experiencing symptoms of coronavirus illness (COVID-19) or at risk of severe illness if you catch coronavirus, then you must stay at home. See the latest guidance from Public Health England.

In the best interests of our staff, volunteers and visitors we are cancelling all public events scheduled between now and the end of July, including children’s activities, tribute nights and bird walks – if you’ve bought tickets for these, please don’t call Reception, a member of our team will be organising refunds and will contact you direct. We are also suspending all volunteer activities indefinitely.

We will continue to follow advice from the UK Government and Public Health England, and will keep customers and visitors updated via social media, this website and email.

Thank you for your continued support of the Forest of Marston Vale.
