Jump for the trees - sponsored skydive

Experience the thrill of a lifetime with a 10,000ft freefall and help us grow the Community Forest with a fundraising skydive!

We're working with Skyline to make your skydive as easy and as thrilling as possible, with a choice of various airfields across the country. All you’ll need to do is choose your date and location, secure your place by paying the £70 registration fee to Skyline, fundraise for the Forest… and jump!

Why the Forest of Marston Vale?

The Forest of Marston Vale Trust is a registered charity, and all money raised will help support the work that we do planting trees and creating Community Woodlands in the 61sq miles between Bedford and Milton Keynes - from Willington all the way down the the M1.

Trees make life better for people, wildlife and the planet - which is why we want to plant 5 million more.

We work with local people and organisations across the Forest to create woodlands at the heart of our communities: somewhere that can be a place of recreation and learning, provide vital habitat for animals and offer the best local solution to fighting the climate emergency. We also look after the award-winning Millennium Country Park and Forest Centre in Marston Moretaine.

Every £20 raised helps plant another tree and care for the trees that we've already planted.

Getting involved

We ask that each skydiver raises a minimum fundraising target of £395, however some skydiving centres may set a slightly higher fundraising target (you can find all this info out before booking when you're choosing your centre) - any money that you raise above the minimum amount goes directly into helping the charity! All booking and participation info will be emailed from Skyline upon booking. We also ask that all skydivers read all the T&Cs relating to the skydive before booking.

Fundraising Officer Robina Ballard-Davis tells us about her Skydive for the Forest of Marston Vale:
I did a skydive for the Forest back in the summer of 2016 to raise money for the charity ahead of our tree planting season starting that winter. I was nervous but so excited! It was so exhilarating and I really felt like I'd pushed myself and done something incredible. My kids were so proud of me - it was great to show them what you can achieve when you step outside your comfort zone!

Any questions?

Skyline are the experts when it comes to organising your skydive, you can check out their FAQs here or get in touch with their team on 0207 424 5505. If you have any questions about your fundraising or would like to let us know why you are skydiving for the Forest of Marston Vale, get in touch with our fundraising team on 01234 762 605 or email [email protected].
