The Humanimal Trust was established in May 2014 by Professor Noel Fitzpatrick, known globally as a ground-breaking orthopaedic-neuro veterinary surgeon.

The Humanimal Trust drives collaboration between vets, doctors and researchers so that all humans and animals benefit from equal and sustainable medical progress but not at the expense of an animal’s life. This is One Medicine.

Find out about their work, and why they believe humans and animals can and should benefit equitably and at the same time from medical progress, without the need for experimental animal testing.

Talks are approx. 1 hour long, with time for questions. Limited space available, please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

As there is a cost involved in putting on the Learning Lunchtime talks, donations to the Forest of Marston Vale are much appreciated. There will be a collection bucket in the room or you can click here to donate online if you'd prefer. Parking charges also apply. Friends of the Forest get free parking all year round* at the Forest Centre - click here for more information.

If you're interested in the Millennium Country Park, we run events like talks, family activities and guided nature walks throughout the year. Click here to view our upcoming events.
