What's going on Events Learning lunchtime - Forest bathing: Connecting with nature for health and wellbeing Learn something new in our free sessions... Forest Bathing is a relaxing way of enhancing our mental health and physical wellbeing while increasing our appreciation for nature. In forest bathing we 'immerse' ourselves in the woods by slowing down and exploring the forest through all our senses. Certified Forest Bathing Guide Liz Burfield (www.wilderlives.co.uk) will explain what forest bathing is, the science behind it, and how we can bring more of the natural world into our everyday lives. The Learning Lunchtime talks are FREE! - There is no need to book onto this event. As there is a cost involved in putting on the Learning Lunchtime talks, donations to the Forest of Marston Vale Trust are much appreciated. There will be a collection bucket in the room or you can click here to donate online if you'd prefer. Parking charges apply. Friends of the Forest get free parking all year round* at the Forest Centre - click here for more information. If you're interested in the Millennium Country Park, we run events like talks, family activities and guided nature walks throughout the year. Click here to view our upcoming events.
