Support Us Friends of the Forest Tree Walk Part of Fun Palaces We’ve planted some beautiful trees, but how many of them can you identify? Do you know which ones are good for druids wands? Or which ones were the best to make wooden ships for the navy? How long does an oak tree live? And why do you find elder growing around badger setts? Find out all these things and more on a gentle walk around the park with our Community Engagement Officer, Jo as part of the Fun Palaces programme of events. Make sure you dress for the weather! Paths are all level and surfaced, so this walk is suitable for wheelchair and buggy users. PRICE AND TIMES Free, drop in - parking charges also apply.
