Creating a forest isn't easy - and it's about so much more than just planting trees!

Every tree we plant adds to the Forest footprint, but we've also got existing woodland sites that need care and attention outside of planting season in order to be as strong and sustainable as possible.

Donations to the Forest can go towards many things, as well as supporting new trees in the ground. Maintenance, access and visitor improvements and vital infrastructure like benches and fences are all funded as a result of your generosity.

Donations also help us continue our work to create and protect habitat for local wildlife in our woodland: wildlife flower meadow management, pond clearance, scrub management and reed cutting all form important parts of our managed woodland and produces greater biodiversity. Every species has a key role to play in our planet’s eco-system, so the more plant and animal life our woodlands support – the better it is for all of us!

If you want to support your Community Forest and see it grow and thrive, then even a small donation will help us towards our vision of a greener Marston Vale.
