Welcome to The Clay Way

An 11.5 mile walk stretching the length of the Forest of Marston Vale along the West Bedfordshire Clay Ridge.

This route enjoys picturesque villages and spectacular views across the Vale, down onto the Ouse Valley, and over Milton Keynes. It runs from Ridgmont in the south to Bromham in the north, winding through Brogborough and Cranfield. Most of the route is bridleway, so it is possible to explore on foot, horse, or bicycle.
