The Forest Centre is a state-of-the-art new building and an ideal venue for conferences, seminars, training and business events, locatedin the heart of the growing Forest of Marston Vale. With spectacular views of the wetland reserve, our rooms are well equipped with audio-visual and computer aided presentation facilities. All rooms are wi-fi enabled.

Option 1 - All inclusive

Price includes everything you need for your business event :

Day Delegate Rate : £ 29.50+VAT per person

Room Hire from 8.30am to 5.30pm
AV / Presentation Equipment*
Coffee / Tea / Herbal Tea / Water & Biscuits - on arrival, mid morning, lunch time and mid afternoon.
Two course Hot or Cold Fork Buffet Lunch - with at least 50% vegetarian choice / home made & locally supplied.
Delegate comforts - cordials, mints, notepads & pencils

½ Day Delegate Rate : £ 23+VAT per person

Room Hire from 8.30am to 12.30pm or 1pm to 5.00pm

Coffee / Tea / Herbal Tea / Water & Biscuits - on arrival, lunch time, mid morning or mid afternoon.
Two course Hot or Cold Fork Buffet Lunch - with at least 50% vegetarian choice / home made & locally supplied.

All inclusive option is available for a minimum of 20 delegates.

* AV equipment includes: Flip chart, whiteboard, OHP, Slide Projector, TV & Video. Computer Aided Presentation equipment and large screen video projector is available at an additional charge of £30+vat - please book in advance if required.

Forest Centre is available for hire 7 days a week.
Evening function hire may be available on request - please ask for details

Catering

Tea, Coffee, Herbal Tea, Water & Biscuits £1.50+vat per serving
Finger Buffet - prices start from £9.00+vat per delegate
Cold Fork Buffet - prices start from £12.00+vat per delegate
Hot Fork Buffet - prices start from £13.00+vat per delegate
Selection of Desserts, Cakes & Fruit - prices start from £1.50 per delegate

All our recommended menus provide at least 50% vegetarian choices. All our food is prepared by our own chef and locally supplied. If you would like to choose your own menu or have special dietary requirements we can cater for this - please contact us to discuss your requirements. Buffets are taken in the Art Gallery or Café Bar or, by prior arrangement, in the rooms.

Evening Functions, Receptions & Parties

The Forest Centre has a fully licensed bar & restaurant that can be hired for corporate or private functions. Prices are available on application.
